Here's what I like about this job... they have as one of their items in the job description "help improve the training program" ... to me this means they have a culture of process improvement and outcome efficiency. That's a great sign to see and means it could be a really big opportunity to have an impact and build some program management experience in addition to the role of flight instructing.

Valid FAA Class III Medical Certificate.
Certified Flight Instructor CFI (CFI-I preferred)
Pass required drug and alcohol screening.
Complete Instructor Standardization Training.
Provide effective instruction in the airplane and the classroom.
Maintain a minimum 90% pass rate on first-time FAA Checks.
Maintain a minimum 80% pass rate on internal stage checks.
Adhere to all company SOPs
Work with management on projects to improve existing training programs.
