Finding your first flying job outside the CFI pipeline is challenging. Relationships and connections matter. We're excited to create this opportunity for you to sit down with the Chief Pilots at American Patrols and ask your questions directly. Spots are limited, so if pipeline patrol has ever crossed your mind, this is the conversation to have.

Event details

  • Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026

  • 7 PM Eastern

  • Estimated 1 hour duration

  • Zoom webinar / online event

  • $10 registration

You'll be meeting with the Chief Pilots at American Patrols, Quinten Sawyer and Laith Trabelsi. They will provide their perspective on Pipeline Patrol operations, what they look for in applicants, the interview process, and answer questions about the day to day lifestyle of a patrol pilot. The first 20-30 minutes will be an overview and the remaining time will be spent with a moderated Q&A where you'll get to ask questions and develop your connection.

Meet & Greet FAQs

What is the dress code for a Meet & Greet?

In-person meet & greets with companies tend to be quite formal. We recommend business casual. You may or may not have the option of turning your camera on for the Q&A session. We recommend it is always a good idea to dress professionally when interacting in potential recruiting situations. However, a suit and formal attire is not required. This is a semi-casual opportunity to meet with the Chief Pilots.

Can I share my resume?

Yes. After you register, you will be asked to complete a pilot profile which includes you flight hours, certificates, and some basic questions about your experience. This form will also ask you to upload your resume. All this information and your resume will be shared with the host company. We will review each attendees information and highlight pilots who meet their recruiting criteria.

Is this a 1x1 Meet & Greet?

This is a group session with limited seats. The goal is to give you an opportunity to meet with the company, ask questions, and skip past sending resumes in the blind. We want to encourage you to participate with the group.
