This posting is over 30 days old, so it's possible this is either a standing application or seasonal, but it remains open, so best of luck.
As always, when there are SIC programs on aircraft certified for single-pilot, you'll want to validate how they handle logging the flight time as an FO. This usually means that they have an approved PDP (Google it).
For those who look at the training contract, I'd encourage you to think long term. You might think: What if another / better opportunity comes along? I would look at this as an incredible chance to work for a company that clearly has some big benefits (a Part 135 operator that participates in CASS? That's awesome).
