Why I like this role for Low Time Pilots
This role appears to provide a high degree of location flexibility, That is, it eliminates the high cost of moving for a job. The aircraft flown appears to be primarily a Cessna 206, which is a fun aircraft to fly and an easy transition for anyone coming from Single Engine Cessnas, such as CFIs or student pilots.
However, the preferred qualifications also list preference for a multi-engine commercial license. And a couple images show that they appear to have a multi-engine aircraft in addition to the Cessna 206. So this means there might be room to grow into a multi-engine aircraft, which could be a great opportunity.
