Snohomish Flying Service has an immediate opening for a FW CFII/MEI Flight Instructor for our busy and long established FAR 141 approved flight school. We are located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and San Juan Island region. We are close to all of the amenities of Seattle and the home of Boeing Aircraft.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Oversee and participate in the provision of flight, simulator and ground instruction in accordance with FAA Part 141/61 and Snohomish Flying Service Training Course Outline. Oversee and participate in student schedules and maintain student records, ensure lesson objectives and completion standards are met by each student. We also provide professional pilot training to International students.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance, attitude and adhering to a schedule required.

• Excellent record keeping skills, effective communicator is a must.

I've personally flown out of Harvey Field several times and can attest to it being a busy flight operation area. You'll be tied in with the local community, which includes several pilots at Alaska and Horizon airlines. It's a very small field and presents some fun challenges. you'll certainly get used to short field landings.
