We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flight Instructor to join our team. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality flight training to students, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become competent pilots.
Responsibilities:
Conduct flight training sessions in accordance with the approved training curriculum- Instruct students on pre-flight preparations, aircraft systems, takeoffs, landings, and emergency procedures
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement- Develop and update training materials and lesson plans as needed
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards during all training activities
Skills:
Data analysis skills to assess student progress and tailor instruction accordingly
Leadership abilities to guide and mentor aspiring pilots effectively
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex aviation concepts
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and student progress efficiently
